This 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport was purchased by the seller in 2006 and subsequently modified with a 5.3-liter V8, a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission, and a 3.0:1 Atlas transfer case. Additionally, the rear frame was replaced, the body was stretched and reworked, and Dana 60 axles were fitted. The truck rides on a lifted suspension with FOA 2.5 shocks over 17″ Vision wheels mounted with 39″ mud tires, and further build details include air-locker differentials, an aftermarket 25-gallon fuel cell, Smittybilt XRC front suspension seats, a replacement Bestop soft top, and a Warn winch. This modified TJ Wrangler is offered with a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

The seller notes the body was stretched and reworked under current ownership, at which time the tailgate was removed and high-clearance fenders were installed. The truck is finished in matte blue, and equipment includes a black Bestop soft top, full metal doors, a Warn winch, and rock sliders. The window felts are worn. The Carfax report lists an accident with “minor damage” in September 2009 as well as an additional accident with no further information provided in December 2012.

The 17″ Vision wheels are mounted with 39×12.5″ Kanati Mud Hog M/T tires. The suspension features a front three-link setup with 12″ FOA 2.5 coilover shocks, FOA hydraulic bump stops, and a revised front sway bar. The rear features a triangulated four-link setup with 12″ FOA 2.5 coilover shocks and Daystar Stinger bump stops. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs, and the truck is equipped with PSC hydraulic-assist steering.

The cabin is equipped with Smittybilt XRC front suspension seats, a fold-and-tumble rear bench, a roll bar, and an aftermarket stereo. The carpets have been removed, and the floors have been coated with bedliner material.

A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a custom dashboard with aftermarket instrumentation including a 150-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The replacement five-digit odometer shows 20k miles. Readings of over 100k miles are shown on the Carfax report between 2013 and 2015. Total mileage is unknown.

The 5.3-liter GM V8 was installed in 2020 and is equipped with an aluminum radiator, an Optima battery, and an aftermarket 25-gallon fuel cell.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a 3.0:1 Atlas transfer case. The high-pinion front axle features a Yukon Zip locker, 35-spline chromoly shafts, and 5.13:1 gearing while a TJM Pro air locker is fitted in the rear. Both one-ton Dana 60 axles feature 5.13:1 gearing. The seller states the rear half of the frame was replaced with a round-tube structure during the build.

The sale includes a spare soft top, a set of soft doors, a winch controller, an air hose, and jumper cables.
