This 1975 Triumph TR6 was purchased by the seller in 2008, reportedly from its original owner, and recent refurbishment work has included refinishing the car in green and black powder-coating the exterior trim in addition to resealing the 2.5-liter inline-six and fitting dual Weber carburetors. The car is further equipped with a four-speed manual transmission, black-finished 15″ wire-spoke wheels, front disc brakes, and a black soft top. Inside, bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl are accompanied by walnut dashboard trim, a heater, a padded rollbar, Smiths gauges, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a vintage-style digital radio. This TR6 is offered with an owner’s handbook, service records, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
Factory-finished in white (19), the car wears a repaint in green, and its brightwork has been powder-coated in satin black. Exterior details include a black convertible top, dual side mirrors, non-overrider bumpers, a front air dam, and dual exhaust outlets. The seller notes that rust around the right-side headlight was repaired during the repaint.
Black-finished 15″ wire-spoke wheels were fitted with 205/70 Ironman iMove PT tires in July 2024. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums. Per the seller, the tie rods were recently replaced.
The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl, and additional appointments include a padded rollbar, replacement walnut dashboard trim, a vintage-style digital radio, a wood shift knob, a locking glovebox, and a heater and defroster.
Smiths instrumentation ahead of the wood-rimmed steering wheel consists of a 140-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer along with gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 75k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.5-liter inline-six was removed in February 2023 and was refinished before being fitted with replacement seals and gaskets. A Weber carburetor kit was installed, and the spark plugs and ignition wires were replaced. The seller tells us that the radiator was also replaced at that time, and the battery was replaced the following month. The 2.5-liter inline-six was removed in February 2023 and was refinished before being fitted with replacement seals and gaskets.
