This 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT C is one of 500 produced worldwide to commemorate the 50th anniversary of AMG and was purchased new by the current owner. The car now has 18k miles and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle. It is finished in Graphite Gray Magno over black and gray Exclusive Nappa leather, and features include an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, rear-axle steering, 19″ and 20″ AMG forged silver wheels, Keyless Go, Parktronic, a rearview camera, power-adjustable heated seats, a Burmester high-end sound system, and COMAND infotainment with navigation. This AMG GT C is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with the owner’s manual, a battery tender, and a clean California title in the current owner’s name.

The car is finished in Graphite Gray Magno and features AMG “Edition 50” badging as well as a black chrome front splitter, fender vent strakes, side skirt inserts, and rear diffuser trim as part of the Edition 50 Package. Additional equipment includes a speed-activated rear spoiler, Parktronic, and LED headlights and taillights. A January 2023 entry in the Carfax report notes that the car received “minor damage” to the right front. The seller tells us this was the result of a scrape at the front that was repaired. Scratches and scuffs are visible on the right-rear wheel arch and underside of the front bumper, the left headlight lens is chipped, and there is a hole in the leading-edge of the front belly pan.

The 19″ and 20″ silver AMG forged cross-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that show 2017 date codes. Red-finished calipers are fitted over cross-drilled and slotted discs at all four corners. The car came equipped from the factory with an AMG Adaptive Sport Suspension and rear-axle steering. The car features adaptive coilover suspension with driver-selectable modes.

The cabin features heated and ventilated AMG Performance seats trimmed in black Nappa leather with quilted gray inserts and contrasting stitching. Amenities include a Burmester high-end sound system, a rearview camera, Keyless Go, dual-zone automatic climate control, and COMAND infotainment with navigation. The finish on the left door window switch is chipped.

The Dinamica-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a central configurable digital display. The digital odometer indicates 18k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 features direct injection and dry-sump lubrication for a factory rating of 550 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The car is also equipped with a performance exhaust system, dynamic engine and transmission mounts, and a carbon-fiber driveshaft. The transmission fluid was changed in November 2020.
